  • Is this course designed for senior leaders, or is it appropriate for mid-level leaders as well?
    The course is designed for anyone in a position to meaningfully develop others — typically GS-13 and above in civilian agencies, O-4 and above in military contexts, or equivalent in contractor environments. Mid-level leaders with formal or informal mentoring responsibilities will find the content directly applicable.
  • Does the course address formal mentoring program design?
    Yes. In addition to individual mentoring skills, the course includes a module on designing and sustaining organizational mentoring programs — useful for leaders who want to institutionalize mentoring beyond individual relationships.
